In the app
- Open your profile
In the Astroscope app, tap your profile icon at the top of the main screen.
- Tap «Delete Account»
In the «Account» section, tap «Delete Account».
- Confirm
Tap «Yes, delete». Your account and the data linked to it are deleted.
Using the app as a guest? «Delete Account» appears after you sign in with Apple or Google in the same «Account» section. Or write to us - see below.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account - see the Subscription Terms.
By email
Write to hi@astroscope-app.com with the subject «Delete my account» from the email address of your Apple or Google account, or tell us your name and date of birth from the profile. We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- your account and profile: name, gender, zodiac sign, date, time and place of birth;
- the people you added and their birth data;
- your conversations with the AI astrologer and the AI tarot reader, your readings and uploaded screenshots;
- your settings and notification token.
What may be kept
- purchase records that Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep, and data we must keep by law;
- statistics that no longer identify you.
